For over 10 years I have been working with representatives of Polish and foreign business. I specialize in company law, commercial contract law, and labor law. I work in English, German and Polish.

I help clients when they need legal advice with mergers and acquisitions and company transformations. I support resolving corporate disputes, I draft contracts, and also advise on the personal liability of shareholders and board members.

In matters related to labor law, I support, inter alia, temporary work agencies, including delegating employees to work outside Poland. I have experience in handling cases related to collective redundancies and collective terminations. I prepare all the necessary documentation and represent clients before the labor courts.
