Magdalena Korta-Łach

Magda has been with the firm since 2016. She studied at Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University where she first got a degree on administration and subsequently degree in law as the second faculty. She elaborated a master’s thesis on the supervision of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumers Protection over the application of provisions related to prohibited contractual clauses. Currently Magdalena participates in a 3-year preparatory course for the Bar exam at Cracow District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law.
Magdalena supports senior lawyers by performing the analysis of jurisprudence and legal literature. She drafts documents in Clients’ cases, she is responsible for registration and administrative proceedings. She also drafts under supervision of senior attorneys-at-law pleadings and conclusions in litigation matters.
