Agata Adamczyk LL.M

For over 20 years I have been assisting business owners active on the international scale. I work with foreign companies who wish to enter on the Polish market. I also help Polish clients who want to expand abroad. I work in English, French and Spanish which makes the cooperation easy and quick.

I draft and negotiate commercial contracts. I support clients in joint-venture projects, sale and purchase of shares, business assets or ongoing businesses. I represent foreign clients in proceedings before the courts in Poland and assist Polish clients who have court cases before a court in another country. I advise on real estate investments.

I gained experience working as in-house lawyer and in reputable business law firms. For my work I received the 1st award “Forbes Professional” in 2014.
